Clean eating crockpot beef stew

Crockpot 3 Bean Turkey Chili

Whole Wheat Raisin Muffins:

Dry ingredients:

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon

Wet ingredients:

1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup (grade B, not the stuff you buy for your pancakes.  It's more expensive but it's a natural sweetener and healthier than white sugar.)

1 cup of water
1 cup raisins
3 tbsp flax seed

Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then mix together.  Add raisins and flax seed and mix.  Fill muffin cups and bake at 375* for 20 minutes.
